Sandra Magee Womack has been a part of the lending industry for almost 20 years.  Sandra is a Marketing major at Houston Baptist University and has grown up in the Houston Metropolitan area.  In her many accomplishments, she has received numerous achievements; most notably she is a three-time Recipient of the President's Club Award, Recipient of a Lifetime Achievement Award in customer service for residential lending, and most recently appearing in Texas Monthly magazine as 2011's top 1% of Mortgage Professionals in the State of Texas. Sandra is proficient in Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgages.

Carol Nutt has worked with Sandra Womack's team for almost 10 years.  She strives to make-ready each and every customer's home loan by processing intricate personal information to prepare the loan for final underwriting before closing. 
 
Carol also serves as an Assistant to Sandra Womack and has the flexibility of also working with customers directly in Sandra's absence.  Each employee is cross-trained in multiple facets of the loan process to keep customer service at 100% satisfaction rate.

Candy Poole has worked with Sandra Womack's team for 15 years.  Candy is responsible for data input and marketing before and after the home loan process for each and every customer.
 
Candy also serves as an Assistant to Sandra Womack and is trained in the duplicate task of working directly with customer's in Sandra's or Carol's absence.  Each employee is cross-trained in multiple facets of the homebuyer process to keep customer service at it's utmost.
